✅ General
- Remove all trash (replace liners in every bin)
- Vacuum/sweep/mop all floors
- Dust all surfaces, lamps, shelves, and décor
- Check walls & doors for smudges/fingerprints, spot clean
- Wipe light switches, remotes, and other high-touch areas
- Check windows & mirrors (streak-free)
- Reset thermostat & lights per host preference
- Stage furniture neatly (pillows fluffed, décor reset)
🛏 Bedrooms
- Strip used linens & replace with fresh sets
- Make beds hotel-style (tight corners, pillows arranged neatly)
- Dust nightstands, headboards, and lamps
- Check under beds for items/trash
- Ensure closets/drawers are tidy (extra linens folded, hangers ready)
🚿 Bathrooms
- Scrub & disinfect toilet, sink, shower, and tub
- Wipe mirrors & counters
- Replace towels with fresh, neatly folded ones
- Restock toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.)
- Empty trash & replace liner
- Check for mold, mildew, or hair — spotless standard
🍽 Kitchen
- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (or run/empty dishwasher)
- Wipe counters, sink, and faucet
- Clean stovetop, microwave, and fridge exterior

- Stage area for guest-ready presentation
🌿 Outdoor / Entry

- Check lights, lockbox, and entry keypad are working
📦 Final Inspection
